Responsibilities For The Controller

Take charge of managing the annual budget, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth.

Prepare accurate financial statements, presenting a clear and comprehensive overview of the company's financial performance.

Implement effective policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and financial controls.

Review contracts to safeguard the company's interests and mitigate potential risks.

Create and implement yearly operating budget while maintain budgetary goals for the fiscal year

Work alongside CFO, CEO on business partnering and financial reporting needs

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, demonstrating your solid foundation in the field.

6+ years of relevant manufacturing experience within accounting or finance

Ability to create process improvements to drive efficiencies within the accounting team

Compensation: $105,000 to $135,000 based on experience + competitive benefits and PTO
