CONTRACTS DATA ENTRY ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 2+ years of experience in data entry
• Proficient in Excel - ability to create v look ups and pivot tables
• Understanding of contract life cycles and terms

CONTRACTS DATA ENTRY ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure confidentiality of all data entered and maintained.
• Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies by working with other departments as needed.
• Generate reports and extract data as needed.
• Maintain data integrity and quality by regularly reviewing and auditing data.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines.
• Meet established data entry and accuracy standards.
• Work with other departments to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Verify accuracy of data entered and correct any errors or discrepancies.
