Contract Graphic Designer Jobs

The graphic designer will work with the Communications team to augment the organization’s visual brand and develop web and print-based pieces that support audience-building, fundraising campaigns, and donor stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create fundraising appeal templates for email and snail mail
• Develop iconography, templates, and core brand elements to support consistent branding and audience engagement across web, video, and social properties
• Layout of institutional donor reports or proposals
• Support staff’s external branding needs such as PowerPoint templates, business card design, etc.
• Conduct audit of website to identify areas for refresh and to strengthen branding
• Create landing pages to drive donor acquisition and conversion
• Design print and digital and print pieces to steward individual donors, including annual report, event invitations, and one-pagers

Key Skills:

• Experience with web and print production, including print quality control standards
• 2-3 years’ experience supporting fundraising/nonprofit comms initiatives and experience creating marketing or fundraising pieces for American audiences (if UK-based)
• 5+ years graphic design experience—in-house, with an agency, or a combination
• Experience assessing and creating brand look and feel

Job Details:

• Job can be located either in the UK or US (salary will change depending on location)
• Start Date - September 1st
• 20 hours per week
