Description:

Betches Media is looking for a diverse, creative, fun, and driven individual to join the Video Department as a Content Producer, TikTok. In this role, you’ll assist in video creation, ideating and executing videos about various topics across pop-culture/celebrities, relatable lifestyle, corporate world jokes, nostalgia, and more.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things pop-culture/celebrities, enjoy creating hilarious content, and feel comfortable talking on camera.

This role will report to the Director of TikTok Content & Strategy and work alongside various members of the company.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create and edit videos with celebrity guests and podcast hosts in the Betches HQ office
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends and sounds to create timely videos
• Assist in pulling weekly TikTok analytics
• Assist Director, TikTok Content & Strategy in launching and managing new TikTok accounts
• Conceptualize and execute creative greenscreen videos breaking down celebrity-related topics
• Create compilation and meme videos from celebrity archival footage
• Participate in brainstorm meetings to plan ahead videos and participate in live coverage for timely events (awards shows, holidays, tv premieres, etc.)
• Brainstorm and create new videos for Betches TikTok accounts in areas such as: entertainment, pop culture, 90s kids nostalgia, corporate world humor, dating/relationships, fashion, lifestyle, & more

Requirements:

• Comfortable appearing/acting in videos as needed
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferred
• Interest or background in comedy/comedic content
• Be sure to include your portfolio, reel, and links to social media channels!
• Ability to travel locally for events, if needed
• Video editing skills required using Adobe Premiere and/or iPhone apps (InShot Cap Cut, etc.)
• Past media experience a plus
• 1-2 years experience in creating video content for a brand/media company
• Fluent in the culture of social media strategy
• Understanding of basic lighting techniques
• Must have a passion for all things TikTok and pop-culture news/celebrities
• Strong ability to produce and film quick social videos

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following perks below.
