We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join our team of professionals in our Individual Administrative Services (IAS) business unit. Customer Service Representatives support the contact center by responding to internal agent and external customer inquiries and referrals. Duties within this role will include taking inbound calls in queue, assisting with online quote requests, and chat/live calls both internal and external customer escalations. Our Customer Service Representatives will also provide legendary customer service and assist with billing capacity as needed. Unsure about taking the jump into a new position? Our positions are full time, 40 hours per week and benefit eligible. The hours for this position will be 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, M-F, with the opportunity to move into earlier shifts as they become available and work a hybrid schedule. In this role, our Customer Service Representatives will:

  • Meet and Maintain Core Contact Center Key Performance Indicators to provide an excellent customer experience to all callers in queue
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of IAS Sales and Customer Relationship Management tools
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of IAS’s products and services
  • Provide internal and external customer service for prospects and agents relating to benefit plan options, general plan inquiries, enrollment and billing and other issues as required. Customer service may be provided by chat, telephone, web, email or other type of communication.
  • Responsible for providing accurate benefit design information and closing the sale of the IAS dental products

Education/Experience/Personal Requirements

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Must be well-organized and attentive to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent with two years of related business experience
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and confidently to assist customers as needed
  • Ability to actively listen and understand information to direct consumers to appropriate product
  • Computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite applications
