Construction Supervisor Jobs

Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 5,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 10,000 units in the next five years.

Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.

We're currently seeking a Construction Supervisor for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties, with at least 5 years of industry experience.

Candidate will work full-time and be based out of South Plainfield, NJ but will work in central and south Jersey locations.

• Schedule manpower required on field projects;
• Oversee Construction of Commercial fit-ups,
• Maintain on-site records of deliveries/ delays/RFIs and correspondence with subcontractors,
• Work with State/local inspectors to insure work is performed according to permit drawings,
• Work with PM to ensure project stays on schedule,
• Maintain job site cleanliness.
• Material take-offs,
• Schedule equipment and material needed,

Experience Desired Minimum 5 years commercial construction experience.

Competent in all skills including but not limited to

blue print,

building layout,

concrete installation procedures fundamentals of general building construction,

general knowledge in mechanical, plumbing and electrical

Education Desired Certification is a plus

Specific Qualifications Valid driver's license; own method of transportation; good organization skills, common sense

Physical Attributes Able to lift 100+ pounds
