Your Role: Supervisor - OSP Construction

As a Supervisor, you're at the helm of our operations, responsible for:

- Direction: Lead crews in placing cable/materials per customer contracts.

- Excellence: Drive safety, quality, and production goals, adhering to standards.

- Leadership: Guide teams in complex projects, representing the company.

- Coordination: Manage schedules, communicate goals, and oversee day-to-day.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Boost Production: Drive and document daily progress.

- Cable Mastery: Manage fiber maintenance and cut restorations.

- Blueprint Expertise: Interpret construction prints effectively.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure timely, on-budget, quality work.

- Customer Focus: Be the primary interface at the regional level.

- Solve Challenges: Address escalations and remove roadblocks.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

- Lead the Way as a Supervisor - Shape the Future with Us!

- Leadership: 3+ years supervising Wireline Outside Plant Construction teams.

- Expertise: 5+ years in Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Fiber to the Business (FTTB).

- Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of Telco, Power, Fiber, and more.

- Team Building: Proven ability to motivate and lead successful teams.

- Communication: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Driven: Self-motivated to ensure safety, quality, and production.

- Hands-On: Proficient in Fiber Cable placement in the Right of Way.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems.

Preferred Skills:

- Industry Insight: AT&T Outside Plant Construction experience.

- Equipment Skills: Operating trenchers, excavators, backhoes.

- License Plus: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus.

Education:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
