About The Opportunity


  • Our Top building client and leader in the ground-up building is in need of a capable commercial super
  • You will be responsible for planning and executing the construction program according to our client's procedures, quality, and schedule. The Assistant Superintendent is also responsible for making sure that health and safety guidelines are followed on site


Construction Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities


  • Support super in monitoring job progress on-site
  • Managing drawings/blueprints
  • Record rates in logbooks
  • Start close out process
  • Ensuring compliance with contract documents
  • Oversee and manage all day to day activities
  • Managing and maintaining contracts
  • Ensuring safety and QC compliance


Construction Assistant Superintendent Qualifications


  • 4-year college degree in civil engineering is strongly preferred
  • Bachelors in construction management or similar
  • Mastered responsibilities of a field engineer
