Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for a Compliance Administrator based in Houston to work with the National Operations team.


Responsibilities


  • Manage overall internal records and documentation related to compliance matters
  • Develop and present compliance assessments
  • Evaluate and analyze compliance data
  • Maintain state vendor registrations
  • Maintain catalog of policies, procedures and protocols related to client engagements
  • Administer client engagement acceptance program
  • Maintain state and federal contracts to include sales and small business utilization reporting
  • Support other activities as requested by the senior members of the Risk Management Office
  • Monitor ongoing compliance with obligations in client agreements
  • Assist in the development of compliance procedures for client engagement teams
  • Update Standard Engagement Letter formats on SharePoint


Must Have


  • Ability to work with limited supervision and lead projects following tight deadlines
  • Experience updating files on SharePoint
  • Compliance experience is preferred
  • 3-5 Years’ experience
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of state and federal contracts is a plus
  • Solid understanding of compliance and risk management issues
  • Contract Administrator experience is preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, or related field is preferred
  • Detail oriented
