Role: Complaint Investigation
Location: Alameda, CA 94502
Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 5 AM to 1:30 PM
Looking For

• Experience with technical writing will be great as they will write a lot of reports.
• The Technician will also use troubleshooting equipment like, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, microscopes, etc. to complete the investigation.
• Electrical engineering internship exp will be preferred but open to mechanical as well.
• Scripting and coding exp are a plus Python is good to have.
• The person will not work in the lab, this is more like reviewing the initial investigation, verifying they pass verified tests, and writing reports;
• Fast learner and ability to follow written work instructions of SOPs are preferred.
• If the complaint is not solved it goes to the next team where another team will receive the returned products and do the investigation of returned products. This person will not do an investigation on returned products.
• Investigating returned products in order to resolve customer complaints regarding their blood glucose meters, strips & sensors will document complaint investigations in the Complaint Handling System.
• Reviewing incoming complaints of the materials that are manufactured by their third-party
• Process customer returns in a timely manner in accordance with ISO and FDA QS Reg.

Education And Experience

• Minimum education required is H.S. Diploma or (such as GED) or Bachelors required and relevant experience, must be able to work alone or in a team and can follow procedures exactly.
