Competency Modeling Expert- 100% Virtual

We are working closely with our client to identify a Competency Modeling Consultant to create competency models for upskilling some of their employees. In this role, you will meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create a project plan and design the competency models.
Start: approximately May 1, 2023
Duration: approximately 6-8 weeks; to be completed by end of June
Hours: 40 hours per week; must be available for meetings during EST business hours
Location: Virtual
Requirements:

• Experience in Organizational Development, Learning and Development or related field
• MS Office (must own laptop)
• Change management expertise
• Experience in the technology and or financial technology industries
• Workday experience – nice to have
• Strong experience creating competency models

The pay range for this project is $70.00 to $90.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
