Support districts and charter schools in their implementation of PCBL.

Oversee the continued development of professional learning communities throughout the state to help foster the spread of better practices

Support in building the capacity and understanding of PCBL across various stakeholder groups, including educators, leaders, families, policymakers, and others

Experience in Organizational Development, Learning and Development or related field

Strong experience creating competency models

Experience in the technology and or financial technology industries

Four years of progressive experience in mental health program administration with demonstrated leadership ability and strong supervision and management skills

Plan, organize and implement services in correlation with the Mission, Vision, Principles of Care, and Management Principles of FBH.

Manage community concerns as a priority with a goal towards program improvement, staff development, and community education.

Responsible for all assigned program personnel management activities, including overseeing the day-to-day operations at all assigned locations.

Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds, trauma experiences, cultures, education level and socio-economic status.

Ensure all contract requirements, including performance outcomes, are met for every assigned program.

2. Significant habitat restoration project management experience including instream, nearshore, and fish barrier removal construction project experience;
