We are excited to be partnering with a super high-growth Staffing Organisation, who have experienced truly exceptional growth in recent years. Having remained stable and continued growth during the pandemic, tripling in the last 3 years to exceed $300M. Operating under a split business model, introduced recently, after receiving funding to develop a new technology tool targeted at the recruitment sector. Assisting them in having a great monopoly over the market!


They are looking to continue the expansion of their client-base and operations, refining their finance function. As such, they are recruiting a Compensation Manager to introduce processes and build out the team beneath them! Working under a CFO who has led the transformative growth, and reporting directly into the VP Finance. This is a great opportunity to utilise your skill-set, growing into a key member of the Accounting and Finance team of a high-growth business!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance for the implementation and administration of field/sales incentive compensation plans
  • Leading the compensation analysis and market pricing of roles for a competitive pay structure while adjusting as needed for market trends, internal equity, and engagement.
  • Introduce processes for administrative, analytical, and reporting compensation tasks. Increasing efficiency, and advising on trends
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of compensation planning cycles, including base pay, short term bonus and executive compensation, and support related processes in payroll, finance and legal
  • Creating and implementing best practices and optimizing and evolving the compensation programs.
  • Lead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job structure/levelling activities, ensuring we have the data and processes in place to stay competitive with the market


Experience Required:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills!
  • Understanding of compensation market trends
  • 5+ years in Finance within an applicable field
  • Previously worked within a sales-based organisation, familiar with calculating commissions
