We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing our online communities. You will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and engaged community that aligns with our brand's values and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Manage all community communications, including social media platforms, forums, email newsletters, and our website.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for community engagement.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of online marketing.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Hands on experience with social media management.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating event series, writing newsletters).
