In this position you will join a team and be able to:


  • Any other task as assigned.
  • Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities (via vendor contract).
  • Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants.
  • Maintaining an onsite, engaging presence and readily available for team members, residents and guests during business hours and as needed for special events.
  • Arrive to work as scheduled and prepared.
  • Managing resident accounts to include tenant notices and rent collections
  • Processing resident applications, conducting credit checks, and at times arrange lease renewals.
  • Assist with operations in compliance with Rural Development (RD), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations, meeting requirements to include preparing documentation and reporting.
  • Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants.
  • Scheduling and conducting certifications and recertifications; preparing and processing required forms; updating records with new information; preparing reports related to completed recertification.
  • Follow established Company policies and procedures.
  • Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.


As The Ideal Candidate, Your Background Includes


  • Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
  • 1+ years of residential leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively, professionally help and support property leasing procedures.
  • Great customer service with excellent communication skills from relatable experience whether property leasing or hospitality (hotels, restaurants), retail service, etc.
  • Apply your financial skills/background to lead and support the rent payment management process.
  • Superb coordinating and prioritizing skills to assist the Sr. Community Manager/Asset Director with vendors and contractors for property projects.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); also, database experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

  • Present a positive and professional image, supporting a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellence in time management.
