About Us

Shine is pioneering a community-focused model for enhanced banking experiences in Hawaii. As we secure funding for the product aspect of our venture, we are simultaneously cultivating a vibrant community. This involves hosting meetups, organizing live events, facilitating networking opportunities, and generating insightful written content. Our goal is to position Shine as the central gathering point for aficionados of finance, markets, real estate, and cryptocurrency across Hawaii. We’re looking for a dynamic Community Engagement Professional to join our team.


As the Community Engagement Professional, you will be responsible for leading community meetups, creating educational content, and coordinating social media campaigns to promote financial literacy within the local community.


Responsibilities

Organize, plan, and lead community meetups, workshops, and events focused on financial literacy topics.

Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage the community and raise awareness about financial literacy.

Collaborate with local businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofits to broaden our reach.

Monitor and measure the impact of community programs and social media campaigns.

Create and distribute resourceful and educational materials for community outreach.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Experience in community engagement, event planning, or social media management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Passionate about financial literacy and community involvement.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for community events.
