The Communication Manager for the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL)at the University of Indianapolis is responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies that engage audiences with a clear understanding of the goals and mission of CELL’s work.

Qualifications- Communications Manager

• 2+ years of relevant job experience required (developing and implementing communication strategies)
• Bachelor's degree required (Journalism, English, Communications, Public Relations, or a related major)

Responsibilities- Communications Manager

• Draft and develop email marketing communications including newsletters, email blasts in collaboration with project directors
• Create and update website content
• Format presentations and refine messaging relative to the audience
• Develop and manage strategic communication needs across multiple digital / social media platforms
• Serve as liaison between UIndy marketing/communications department to distribute CELL news through various communication channels
• Layout and design for all printed materials
• Promote CELL programs to external audiences to increase end user engagement
• Develop and execute communication/marketing strategies for CELL events
• Monitor and analyze engagements levels of current strategies to determine any areas of improvement
