Communications Consultant Jobs

Primary responsibilities are to support the Employer Brand team in activating the company's new Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

• Ideal candidate will be self-driven, have strong project management, communication, and writing skills.
• This person will produce internal/external content that helps bring the EVP to life, as well as helping to execute on the various communications strategies that are part of the overall EVP activation plan. These include enhancing HR communications, developing tools that help hiring managers/recruiters, and helping with our external employer brand strategy.
• They must be detail-oriented, a team player, creative, and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines for multiple internal stakeholders.
