The Role

The Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager works on the North America Supercharger Operations team in headquarters. This dynamic project management role will support the charging team’s business goals to improve network operation and the charging experience for our drivers.

• Help create scalable, robust processes which support the charging team’s business goal
• Serve as the Supercharger business partner for site hosts and internal cross-functional teams
• Responsible for routine site host communications about new opportunities and programs
• Key executor of plans for seasonal events throughout the network
• Act as the charging team’s first point of escalation with site hosts for questions or concerns
• Implement processes which support the charging team’s business goals for the operating network

• Superb communication skills
• Ability to anticipate challenges and solve before they become costly to correct
• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• Previous experience working with real estate asset management or development is preferred but not required
• Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
• Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Aptitude for system optimization for scalable solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
