Job Description

Immediate opening for an executive level Senior Project Manager for a commercial general contractor. We are a niche design/build construction company specializing in designing and building automobile dealerships. The company is looking for a team member who will help lead us, representing us well in all we do, using Christian type values and integrity, to serve our new and repeat clients.


Responsibilities

  • Management of the design/development process for Geotech, Civil and Architectural Structural and MEP design & permitting processes
  • Ability to work together as part of a team with project managers, and on-site superintendents, together working with and representing the company’s clients
  • Pre-construction due diligence
  • Creation of all necessary professional, and subcontractor written scopes of work
  • Bid analysis and awards for all design professionals and construction trades on a project


Qualifications

  • Experience designing and/or building automobile dealerships would be advantageous
  • Design/build experience would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a commercial construction project manager as, or for a general contractor
