We are looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor for a leading automobile finance company on the west coast and mid-west. As a Collections Supervisor, you will prepare and develop work strategies and goals for the Collections Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Resolving customers disputes.
• Reviewing, preparing and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports
• Successfully build and maintain professional relationships with client contacts and internal staff.
• Work closely with customers to manage late payments and delinquent accounts
• Select and manage the relationship of third-party collection agencies
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals within an established time period
• Skip tracing and debtor verification
• Handling delinquent accounts.
• Consistently aim to achieve collection goals.

Requirements

• Auto loans / automobile lending collection experience is Preferred
• A real team player with effective communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in collections
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Solid negotiation skills
• People skills, discretion, persuasion, and time management skills
• Be able to work in a dynamic atmosphere.
• Excellent follow-up
