Cocktail Server (Part Time)

Who are we hiring?
During events, the Sphere Server provides food and beverage service to guests at tables and assists with any food or general event related guest inquiries. This individual exhibits a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience.
What will you do?

• Responsible for keeping stations stocked and clean during shift; running food from kitchen/pantry; preparing coffee beverages.
• Escalate guest questions or concerns to Manager and/or Supervisor as needed.
• Ensure proper table maintenance during service, including setting and re-setting in between courses
• Provide excellent customer service and serves food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous and accurate manner
• Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
• Responsible for overall hospitality and guest services in premium spaces

What do you need to succeed?

• Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications.
• Prior wait staff experience required
• Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; Adheres to TEAM training guidelines.

• Ability to work well under pressure and have a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in Point of Sale (POS), purchasing and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service and an ability to handle a high-pressure environment
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to Nevada state regulations

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to walk/stand for the duration of shift.

• Must be able to carry up to 50lbs. Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting required.
