Position
Seeking CNA/HHA WEEKEND SHIFTS 630A-230P!
Responsibilities:

• Report changes in clients condition
• Provide health care services in the clients home
• Performs care and delegated tasks as directed in the plan of care
• Responsible to assist with personal care and incidental activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Assists clients with mobility and physical therapies/exercised

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• A graduate of a training and competency program as required by the Office and State or Federal law/regulation or
• Pediatric experience, preferred
• A school of nursing student in the last year of a program
• Six (6) months of accumulated experience in a similar job classification, similar life experience or
• Able to pass a background screening and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to chart from smartphone or device
• CPR certification, required
• Age of majority in the state.
