Diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy, persistent depressive disorder, Partial Epilepsy/Seizures, Behavioral Disorder, Developmental Delays, History of Intracerebral hemorrhage, Cerebral ventriculomegaly, Right Spastic Hemiparesis and diplegia, nystagmus, intermittent exotropia Hours Needed: 10 hours per day seven days per week to assist in the care of the child during the summer Additional notes: dad is okay with just Monday-Friday if that is all that can be staffed.
