Admission Requirements High School graduate and diploma or have satisfied the requirements through the general education development (GED) Two (2) Forms of identification, one (1) must have a valid Social Security Card and one (1) must be government issued picture identification (ID) card
TB (PPD) Skin Test (Available @ SHCS for $25) Criminal Background Check (Available at your local Police Department) All physicals must be up to date (within 1 year) Hepatitis B Vaccine or signed waiver (Vaccine may be obtained at Local health dept. or private physician).
