Job Description

The Club Manager (CM) of Southwestern Yacht Club (SWYC) is the leader of the Club operations. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors, through the Commodore and is responsible for delivering the operating direction and strategic plan of the Board. The CM is accountable for all areas of Club operations: managing department heads (Juniors, Membership, Controller, Food and Beverage, Facilities) and all employees; financial results; member satisfaction; staff direction, compliance, and development; and ensuring the achievement of the mission and strategies of the Board. The CM is committed to ensuring that the mission of the Club, related to recreation, volunteerism, yachting, angling, juniors, and membership is achieved.
