Clinical Research Associate I - Hybrid/Remote

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate site visit findings to study personnel and other designated individuals.
• Analyze trends in issues and author visit reports and letters.
• Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols based on regulatory guidelines and ethical principles.
• Conduct site visits to perform source document verification and review regulatory documents.
• Schedule and conduct site visits according to standard operating procedures and study-specific plans.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to sites domestically and internationally (50-70% of the time).
• Proficiency in medical terminology and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical research study processes, protocol management, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or science-related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in conducting clinical research studies or verifying clinical data.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACRP or SOCRA certification.
• Clinical and/or research experience.
• Familiarity with medical and clinical research terminology.
• Knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas, including blood and marrow transplant.
