Our Center for Women & Infants at Saint Joseph Hospital was designed exclusively for new moms and babies. Every inch of this special floor is dedicated to the care, comfort and well-being of new mothers and infants. With 18 expansive labor and delivery rooms with large jetted tubs, a dedicated elevator that goes directly to the floor and 42 private rooms that serve as a home away from home after childbirth, Saint Joseph Hospital is a great place for families. Our Mom/Baby Postpartum and Antepartum RNs possess expertise in caring for babies post-birth, working together with our Labor & Delivery staff to help with the transition from Labor & Delivery to Recovery. We also have a Level III NICU on-site. We are proud to be a Baby Friendly Hospital and a private teaching hospital.

This position is responsible for:

• The Manager works in partnership with Nursing leadership and other facility management and departments to ensure the provision of optimal patient care, attainment of financial goals, and development of leaders.
• Providing management and oversight of daily Nursing activities to a Nursing Department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of (3) years of experience in progressive RN leadership positions, required
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical RN experience, required-
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing, required- Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain Colorado RN license, required
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$40.70 - $74.64
