Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.
Our dynamic, innovative team is made up of 80+ collaborators in the EU and USA from a wide variety of backgrounds including engineers, business professionals and physicians, working together to develop AI solutions that help electrophysiologists help patients.
We currently looking for a Clinical Development Manager to help us in our mission.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Development Manager, you are the primary point of contact with our users. You are responsible for deploying the Volta’s AI technology in hospitals and medical centers. You will also provide support for and properly document activity relating to commercial and clinical study cases.
Under the Regional Business Director, key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, reporting and advising of user needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to management to influence sales growth and service of accounts
- Managing the deployment and installation of Volta’s technology in hospitals and medical centers
- Assists in the day-to-day management of clinical and commercial-related issues
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
- Providing product, technical and clinical support as needed during EP procedures in which Volta’s products are used
- Encourages and promotes use Volta’s technology for clinical and commercial cases
- Providing educational support on the effective use of Volta’s products to physicians and EP lab staff both within and beyond the lab setting as necessary
- Exercises judgment in planning, organizing and performing work; monitors performance and reports status to manager
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned as needed
- Ensures compliance with good clinical practices, good documentation practices, and regulatory guidelines
- Developing and growing mutually beneficial relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including, but not limited to physician and hospital administrators and staff
- Performs administrative work including managing account documentation and clinical study documentation
- As appropriate, may assist marketing personnel in the support of advertising and promotional sales activities and participate in and/or attend congresses on behalf of Volta
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Electrophysiology mapping role
- Undergraduate degree in the fields of science/engineering, including biomedical engineering, is preferred, or related field with Electrophysiology certification from a credentialed program (e.g. ATI, Prep MD, Edge)
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Flexibility, adaptability, and proactivity
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail

Additional Information
While performing the duties of this position, you will be required to stand or sit for long periods of time. This position also requires the ability to lift and move equipment up to 20 pounds.
