Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of studies software is required.
• Required experience as a clinical data professional with knowledge of clinical regulatory regulations and data management.
• Preferably in business, life science, or computer science.
• 3 years of clinical research data management experience is required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficient software skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
• Comprehension of medical terminology or ability to reference literature for understanding is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide demos of the database to prospective clients.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Aid in the development and maintenance of software used for data collection.
• Ensure data software agreements and training are completed before providing user access.
• Build study specifics and global databases based on study protocol and configuration specifications.
• Contribute to providing clinical data for regulatory requirements, marketing, and reimbursement initiatives.
• Author study-specific training instructions.
• Assist the clinical research team in day-to-day operational activities of data management.
• Assist clinical research team and sites in using data systems and ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.
• Work alongside the team to organize and manage research data for advancements in the medical community.
• Support internal clinical data management initiatives.
