Clinical Coordinator (Remote) Jobs

The Clinical Coordinator Formulary is responsible for providing support to the formulary management team. This position has no direct reports.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Create formulary marketing documents and files for formulary web tools and establish and execute quality control measures
• Investigate and resolve formulary related issues
• Assist with analysis of impact reports and member mailings
• Provide administrative support to the formulary pharmacists and act as a resource to all internal stakeholders regarding formulary
• Assist with formulary file preparation, quality control and submission
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist with adjudication list maintenance and reporting requests

Requirements

• Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast paved environment
• Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
• A well-organized and self-directed individual who can work with minimal amount of supervision
• An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organizations and possesses excellent communication skills
• Ability to work extended hours, weekend, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
• Certified, Licensed, or Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Ability to work with peers in a team effort
• Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High school Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Medicare Part D knowledge

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $15.68/hour and $22.35/hour, although wages can vary based on experience and geography.
