Description
Arms Acres is looking for a Clinical Case Manager/Counselor to join our inpatient team in Carmel, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical case management services that include: assessments, individual, group and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referent relations, discharge planning, and intervention with client support systems, including social service programs and managed care.
Requirements
CASAC/CASAC-T or LMSW, LCSW, LMHC required; Master's Degree in related field and substance abuse counseling preferred.
