Clinical Applications Specialist - Northwest England Territory

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a collaborative and experienced Medical Ultrasound Sonographer to join our inclusive team. This is a full-time remote role that comes with a favourable salary and some excellent benefits.

The primary function of this role is to carry out clinical sales demonstrations of the full range of Siemens Acuson Ultrasound Equipment. You will work alongside a regional sales manager and within a defined geographical area. Travel to other areas of the country will be required as part of your role. Expectation is that approximately 25% of your time will require overnight stays.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Support the sales team at national and local exhibitions with on stand demonstrations and to provide support during customer visits
• Carry out demonstrations and provide applications support for the full range of Siemens Acuson Ultrasound Equipment
• Provide effective customer training and follow-up support post sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

To apply for this Clinical Applications Specialist role, you will need to be a qualified DMU or PGDip Medical Ultrasound Sonographer or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a busy ultrasound department or working at a competitor company in a similar role. You will also require the following:

• Experience in teaching in a clinical setting
• A valid driving license
• Experience using/working with Siemens ultrasound products
• Confidence to present to groups of people
• Knowledge of advanced applications, e.g Contrast, Elastography, Fusion
