Volt is immediately hiring Clinic Assistants in Eagan, Minnesota.

As a Clinic Assistant you will:

-Assist patients with the check-in and out process

-Verify insurance information

-Process confidential data entry

-Schedule, manage confirm and cancel appointments

-Communicate professionally and effectively via telephone, email and other methods

-Ability to work within a team and individually

-Provide exceptional customer service

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

-High School degree or GED from an accredited institution

-Experience in customer service

-Comfortable working on the phones

-Good communication skills

-Thorough and detailed oriented

-Skills in problem-solving

-Self-motivated to follow tasks to completion.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
