Client Services Specialist (Wednesday - Sunday 9Am-6Pm Est)

Who You Are:

You are a motivated customer service professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. You excel at multi-tasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit.

***Schedule: Ability to work Wednesday - Sunday 9am-6pm EST

What You'll Do:

• Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
• Communicate with customer through various channels
• Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers

What You'll Need:

• Able to work Monday - Friday 9am-6pm EST
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
• BS/BA degree of relevant experience
• 2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone
