3+ years of Previous Experience in Customer Support, Office Management, Administration, or Sales

Coordinate the schedule for multiple craftsmen and projects utilizing our dispatch & schedule management software

Educate customers with information and expert advice on our services, capabilities, rates, and availability

Excellent computer and typing skills

Answer phones and respond to all job leads in a timely manner

Estimate projects over the phone with our project estimating tool

Attend client meetings with the Advisor or Director Risk Management, when requested

3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Manager role.

Cultivates strong relationships with insurance company partners is responsible for knowing carrier requirements and attributes.

Demonstrates effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications.

Compose professional business correspondence via letter, email, and/or other means

Capable for performing accounting/math related functions including invoicing, premium allocation, and other tasks as necessary.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

Assists in manages all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts including endorsements and invoicing.

Cultivates strong relationships with Insurance Company Partners and is responsible for knowing carrier requirements and attributes.

Strong technical knowledge of general insurance market conditions and specific insurance carrier underwriting appetites

At least 3-5 years of related insurance experience, or associated industry experience

Ability to forge relationships with key insurance markets and carrier representatives

5+ years of account management, B2B sales, strongly preferred

Partner with internal resources to support Onboarding, Marketing, Growth, Licensing, Finance, and Administration.

Promote commercially focused events, training offerings and other initiatives to brokers.

Commercial Real Estate Industry experience a plus

Experience within the Coldwell Banker Realty organization a plus

Experience with developing and implementing programs and services

BS/BA degree of relevant experience

2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone

Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills

2-4 years banking experience, new accounts, lending loan processing or documentation and customer service.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels of business.

Knowledge of general business acumen and practices related to analysis, accounting and financial procedures including market and interest rate impact.
