As a Client Ride Specialist, you will be responsible for handling service requests and configurations that will support ensuring every HopSkipDrive ride requested is set up to succeed. You will proactively look at complex situations and find solutions before issues escalate. You will balance problem solving and multitasking to work with the Client Operations team in delivering every rider safely to their destination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work on special projects as decided by the Director of Client Operations
  • Create and implement processes to identify when clients are in trouble and shift internal resources to provide solutions, utilizing current reporting solutions and leading the creation of new ones as appropriate
  • Work closely with Client Operations Associates to support client questions and needs
  • Develop and implement client-required reporting
  • Have a deep understanding of HopSkipDrive’s products and abilities in order to identify and implement new business opportunities and solutions
  • Work cross-departmentally in a high-speed environment
  • Manage logistics for rides that have unique needs and advanced qualifications
  • Recognize trends and suggest changes to improve processes
  • Execute operational response to any issues that are escalated from the Client Support team
What We’re Looking For
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills; the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple players and engender a high degree of collaboration
  • 0-2 years experience in a related role, thriving in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with SalesForce, Kustomer (or similar CRM), and Google workspace
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and understand where details and data inform that picture
  • A positive, self-motivated individual
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role in is $17-18 hour. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
