Responsibilities


  • Tier 1 support of client issues, utilize internal teams to meet client SLEs
  • Using web-based homegrown toolsets - Successfully build, deliver & support SmartCommerce products
  • Focus on 100% client satisfaction, support, and retention
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Champion client satisfaction and our clients’ successful use of SmartCommerce services
  • Use of a proactive support model that focuses on identifying and maximizing our client’s success
  • Resolve client issues to business SLEs – individually or working with other technical members of the team


Requirements


  • Established gift of fostering valued client relationships
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, including developing objectives, prioritizing responsibilities, and executing deliverables
  • Proven strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding the “Why”
  • Examples of self-motivated, strong organizational skills, & requires minimum supervision
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning and assimilating new information quickly
  • Demonstrated a high level of attention to detail, excellent follow and reliability
  • Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce technology and technical terms
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in working both independently and within a close-knit team
  • 2+ years of related experience in technology, a strong understanding of eCommerce is a plus
  • High School diploma / Associate's degree along with prior work-related experience or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and technical abilities
