Job Description
Position Summary


This position provides white glove service to Censis client facilities as well as growing client’s utilization and subscription footprint. This position requires attention to detail, time management, organization and excellent written and verbal skills. Persons in this role are hard-working, with a “hands-on” approach. They have excellent verbal and written communication and possess strong interpersonal and listening skills. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data-driven, organized, strategic, practical, and innovative. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task are important to successfully fulfill this role.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Responsible for and guide clients through contract negotiations
  • Work with internal team members to find opportunities to build efficiencies within Customer Success.
  • Ensure issue management/resolution process is working successfully by adhering to minimum resolution turnaround requirements.
  • Develop an understanding of 3rd party systems and hardware (OR Scheduler, Sterilizers, Biologic Indicators, Scanners) and operation processes.
  • Develop and maintain an in depth understanding of the CensiTrac platform
  • Support all Customer Success teams to ensure servicing initiatives are delivered timely and accurately and allow for overall program growth and profitability.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Develop, lead and inspire teams from all business segments in sales efforts
  • Follow Standard-Operating-Procedures specific to Customer Success in an effort to enhance client and employer loyalty
  • Become the strategic partner for your assigned clients, addressing their short and long-term goals by structuring solutions that integrate expertise and capabilities throughout the perioperative loop.
  • Develop and deliver CensiTrac training solutions to clients
  • Become influential at many levels of the client’s organization to promote new and recurring business and handle existing revenue and profit streams
  • Act as a role model throughout Censis for effective client partnering and financial management, including communicating with the client and client teams, coordinating multiple practice projects, resolving conflicts, handling client contracts and reviewing work products as needed to ensure quality
  • Ensure client relationships are secure and financially sound, and to adhere to the financial arrangements, scopes of work, policies and procedures as defined in the contract


Requirements/Qualifications


  • An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues, comprehend the full breadth of services, blend them into practical solutions that meet our clients’ needs, and articulate them across multiple fields.
  • Available outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Available to travel up to 50%
  • Experience with software and application support
  • Willingness and ability to take on new challenges and acquire new skills.
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be flexible with competing priorities
  • Prior experience with OR and/SPD will be a plus.
  • High level of organization and planning skills, working plans and the diligence to follow and monitor the plans through execution and completion.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Business Analysis experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, non-linear environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and work well with others.
  • Ownership and accountability to drive tasks through completion while supporting white-glove service.

National: The salary range for this position is $44,500- $82,600


This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.


Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
