Phoenix, Arizona has the capacity to ship over 10 million pieces a year and we take pride in our ability to

We're on the hunt for dynamic Client Experience Specialist that will exemplify the innovation

for which Zing is known.

We offer on the job training on this unique skill set in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be

dependable and detailed oriented. As a Client Experience Representative at Zing, you will support and manage all client care-related items. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to

learn, and passionate about the promotional products industry. You're equally organized, efficient, and a

self-starter that is looking to grow with Zing.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• An organized and efficient candidate able to work in a fast-paced/deadline driven environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

• A proven self-starter with problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task projects

• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills

• Art/creative experience a plus

• A polished, professional and positive attitude


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Ensuring that customers’ needs and queries are met in a timely manner

• Ensures a timely response to customer inquiries relating to Zing product line and services

• Responsible for quoting jobs to customers via the Zing ERP system

• Works with customer issues and resolves by working with other departments for corrective action

• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

• Review customer purchase orders before order entry

• Answer basic billing inquiries

• Respond to all customer emails in a timely manner

Ideal candidates will possess:

 Two-three years experience delivering superior customer care

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Administrative and analytical skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google applications and the Internet

 Ability to collaborate as a team player and interact successfully with people at all levels within and

outside of the organization in support of larger goals and objectives

 Ability to work under pressure while handling high volume workload

 Able to work independently
