Job Description

Position Summary:

Our growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to provide exceptional customer service. This position can be completely remote or an office in Downtown Chandler can be provided. Part-time or full-time flexibility.


Essential Duties:

  • Be first on incoming phone calls from clients and prospects.
  • Communicate and follow up with clients to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Provide assistance to agency clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage, billing, claims, and other inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Identify sales opportunities for agents.


Experience:

Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License is required. Must have proficient computer skills. Must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal (phone) and written communication skills. Must be able to work Monday through Friday between 8:30AM-5:30PM (flexible hours).
