Client Account Representative

Our Client Sales/account representatives will be front line representation for our big brand clients. Confidence and an outgoing nature are a must for this interactive role. We offer full product training to boost confidence when communicating with both new and existing customers. Each day will offer up new objectives, therefore an adaptive and target driven attitude will be essential.

Main Responsibilities of the Client Account Representative:

• Providing fantastic support to customers whilst processing orders
• Completing product orders and carrying out accurate data entry
• Account Management including setting up new accounts
• Forecasting savings and promotions for new and existing customers
• Helping customers find the best deal, ensuring you provide the best possible service through face to face communication
• The working hours will be full time with an immediate start available

For this role there is no formal training or experience needed, we do ask that all applicants have a great work ethic, a drive to succeed, are willing to take direction from industry leading mentors and can work within our awesome team.
