Data Entry Processor Jobs

Our reputable West Des Moines client is looking for multiple Data Entry Processors. These contract positions will review transactions for accuracy and process those into the system. The suitable candidates will have a minimum of one year of customer service experience and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. Apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Formulate correspondence with customers through both verbal and written methods
• Provide information or explanations of products, terms and conditions, and policies
• Process transactions, including address changes, beneficiary changes, withdrawals, surrenders, etc.
• Ensure and document the appropriate response to each question

Requirements:

• Able to navigate multiple computer systems
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Communicate effectively using verbal and written methods
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of annuity products preferred

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00AM – 5:00PM
