Starting Salary is $ 39,796.25 - $ $50,405.23 annually, $19.75- $25.02/hour. Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Responsibilities:
Our Claims Associates are committed to helping our customers through the claims process while providing Remarkable® service. This includes:
  • Applying policy coverage
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers within a fast paced, call center environment
  • Supporting our customers through personalized, caring, and simple interactions
  • Proactively investigating claims
  • Accurately documenting claim files
