Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of policies and insurance regulations to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Contact customers through telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims
• Manage workload efficiently using technology in a fast-paced call center environment
• Support customers through personalized, caring, and simple interactions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete workload in a timely manner while utilizing technology efficiently
• Successful completion of required training, licensing exams, and background checks
