This Civil Project Engineer role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in civil engineering designs such as site layout, stormwater management, storm drainage design, erosion control, water and sanitary sewer, grading permitting, etc.
 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
▪︎Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring
assigned engineering projects
▪︎Formulating project parameters and assigning
responsibilities to the most capable employees, and
monitoring project team
▪︎Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and
requirements, and representing them in the field
▪︎Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules,
plans, and personnel performance and report project
status.
▪︎Cooperating and communicating with the Project
Manager and other project participants and
collaborating with Senior Engineers to create more
efficient project methods to maintain the project’s
profitability
▪︎Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable
codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and
specifications
▪︎Performs independent analysis and evaluation of
change orders and provides recommendations to
project leadership
▪︎Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
▪︎Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
▪︎A valid Engineering license; PE preferred
▪︎Civil Engineering associate with a minimum of 5 years’
experience in design for grading/drainage, street
improvement, sewer, and storm drain
▪︎Strong written and verbal communication skills
▪︎Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and
best practices
