Job Details

We are currently seeking a remote executive to join our team in a high-level technology role. We aim to excel in our industry by combining exceptional talent and cutting-edge technology. With a large customer base and a significant volume of operations, we are in search of an individual who can provide strategic leadership and guide our team into the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned team in alignment with the executive team
• Foster the professional development of team members, improving their skills and motivation
• Responsible for identifying opportunities and challenges, providing clarity and direction to the team, and making informed decisions in complex and dynamic situations
• Committed to personal and professional growth
• Drive organizational transformation by eliminating inefficiencies and optimizing digital solutions and services
• Oversee the development and deployment of technology for both internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize agile project management methodologies to provide analysis, recommendations, and accurate timelines for deliverables
• Develop and manage annual and quarterly budgets
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source the best business solutions and maintain successful relationships
• Lead a team of product designers, developers, and engineers across various services
• Possess strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in simple terms
• Enhance profitability by delivering effective operational solutions based on defined metrics
• Drive company revenue growth by delivering cutting-edge technology services to customers
• Uphold the company's values and culture, serving as a role model for others
• Continuously seek opportunities for employee, company, and service improvement
• Research and implement systems to enhance company infrastructure
• Collaborate with the executive team to establish clear priorities and goals, considering both short-term and long-term objectives
• Foster collaboration to develop innovative IT and operations strategies and objectives

Requirements

• We would like someone with an app development background, and experience in security/infrastructure would be helpful.
• Corporate travel background preferred
• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated track record of leadership and innovation
• This position is open nationwide, but the candidate must be available to work in Eastern or Central time zones to align with the leadership team
• Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong belief in stewardship and adherence to ethical principles
• Senior leadership (VP level and above experience required)
