Jasper Group, a leading furniture manufacturer based in Jasper, Indiana, is currently seeking an exceptional Chief Information Officer (CIO). We are looking for a visionary IT professional with a proven track record of driving successful digital transformations through strategic information technology initiatives. This role is crucial in aligning technology with our business objectives, fostering innovation, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: The CIO will be responsible for developing and communicating the organization's IT vision, strategy, and roadmap. They will collaborate with executive leadership, establish and maintain IT governance frameworks and policies, assess and manage IT risks, oversee IT infrastructure and networks, and utilize technology to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Experience: Will need a strong background in progressively responsible IT management or technology leadership roles. Experience as a CIO, IT Director, or in other senior IT management positions is highly desirable.

Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
