As the Chief Operations Officer you will spearhead the daily execution of the

- Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L
- Integrate all major operating functions of the business ensuring everyone is
- Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.

- Ensure everyone is truly following and adhering to the company’s core processes and operating systems with consistency.
- Resolve issues effectively- seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems in a practical and healthy manner. Ensures the leadership team is healthy, functional and cohesive.
- Effectively collaborate with the CEO and stay on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect.
- Confirm all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Inherently ensures that everyone is in the know. Verifies that a high level of effective communication exists through-out the organization.
- Dependably demonstrate a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity and clarity.
- 15+ years’ progressive experience leading federal, military programs and
- 10+ years’ experience in managing direct reports including manager of
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline. MBA
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with the ability to
- Strong leadership and mentoring/coaching skills with the proven ability to
- Ability to leverage and build strategic partnerships to maximize sales and
- Demonstrated planning, negotiation, problem solving and closing skills.
- Demonstrated experience successfully executing action plans. Possesses
- Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Ability to set high expectations and hold team members accountable.
