Job Description
As the Chief Operations Officer you will spearhead the daily execution of the
company’s business operations and drive strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will serve as the second in command, working closely with the senior leadership team and department heads to drive growth, execute against annual strategies and support the day-to-day activities of employees.

  • Dependably demonstrate a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity and clarity.
Executive Attributes
  • 15+ years’ progressive experience leading federal, military programs and
corporate operations.
  • 10+ years’ experience in managing direct reports including manager of
managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline. MBA
preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with the ability to
influence, motivate, and deliver through others.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring/coaching skills with the proven ability to
develop managers.
  • Ability to leverage and build strategic partnerships to maximize sales and
grow the business.
  • Demonstrated planning, negotiation, problem solving and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully executing action plans. Possesses
the ability to filter and translate ideas into functional plans for the company.
  • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
skills.
  • Ability to set high expectations and hold team members accountable.
