We collaborate with and interview hundreds of world-leading medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, researchers, scientists, and individuals who have beat various diseases through natural protocols.
We are looking to hire a highly organized and motivated Chief Operating Officer with a solid background in building and scaling digital content agency processes. Our ideal COO is a savvy pro at bringing order and instituting a unified vision in what can be a challenging start-up agency environment. Strong project and performance management experience coupled with top-notch interpersonal communication skills are a definite must.
This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer specifically with these requirements:
- Has at least 3+ years of experience working in digital content or ecommerce industries
- Proactive in identifying what the company needs to meet its goals
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong Project Management skills: defining complete action plans and adjustments, analyzing data for performance and project management improvements, and optimizing project flows
- Must be comfortable dealing with issues ranging from the operational level through to executive strategy, as well as interpersonal challenges
- Has at least 3+ years experience in Operations executive/ leadership positions
- Has the ability to develop and enhance effective agency operational systems, metrics, and processes
- Have real-life experience in being an integrator, helping to implement a core vision, and scaling a company
- Working with manufacturers for the fulfillment of supplements, books, DVDs, and fulfillment entities, while integrating with the customer service team to understand and work with the full flow of the operation.
- Working with scaling the team, and dialing in the leadership of each company sector.
- Helping the company develop better systems and processes.
- Working with all the staff and contractors to fulfill our outcomes by creating our evergreen funnels and launches, and helping us scale the operation by implementing the vision of the company.
- Helping direct all the mechanisms and integration of the vision of the company, working directly with the CEO, and working with other team members specializing in various areas of marketing.
